Bringing Motion and Interaction Design to Digital Banking

The Stanbic Bank Super App was built to integrate six key financial services—My Bank, Mutual Funds, Pensions, Wallet, Insurance, and Stocks—into a single platform, streamlining financial management for users.

Despite its robust features, early versions of the app lacked engagement and seamless interactions, leading to:

High drop-off rates due to long load times and lack of feedback.

A disconnected user experience that didn’t fully reinforce Stanbic’s brand identity.

Limited microinteractions, making navigation feel static and less intuitive.

To ensure the Appyness app provided a seamless and engaging experience, the project focused on three core objectives:
